How we are making a green impact on our planet
At The Bradford Creative Group, we are constantly striving to make things look better through beautiful design, and work more effectively through creative ingenuity… in everything we do.
So when it comes to our environment, you can be assured that we are doing whatever we can to minimize the size of our footprint on our earth. We are looking for new ways to be energy efficient and implementing what we already know. Below, you will see just a few of the things we are doing. We encourage you to evaluate what you do and think about how you may be able to consume less- even if it’s just by a small amount.
Our Policies
Computers- Computers are a very large part of what we do here at The Bradford Creative Group. All of our computers have settings where possible that 1) put them to sleep when not in use, 2) dim monitors when inactive 3) shut down when we are done for the day. Laptops are unplugged from the wall when they have been fully recharged, causing less energy drain. All peripheral devices are left off (and unplugged when possible) when not in use.
Lights- Lights are necessary to work but we try to minimize the amount of energy we use by allowing natural light into our working space and using energy efficient light bulbs.
Paper- We all know recycled paper is saving trees- and energy. We try to use recycled paper as often as possible- for printing in our printers, for jobs we print for customers, or even for taking notes around the office. Saving the environment, one sheet at a time.
Recycling- It’s amazing how much junk mail you can get in one day. At the Bradford Creative Group, it would be easy to throw it all away, but we would rather recycle. And so we do.
